Methods To solve a Transportation problem :-

there are certain methods of solving a Transportation problem for both of the two phases, i.e. 1st phase that is finding the basic feasible solution and the second phase that is Finding the optimization.

For 1st Phase :( Finding the basic feasible solution ) :-

2. Least cost cell method

3. vogals Approximation method

For 2nd phase :( Finding optimization) :-

1. stepping Stone Method

2. U-V method Or MODI method
