TYPES OF BEAMS

TYPES OF BEAMS :-

                                  

There are some Beams are as follows:-

1. Cantilever Beam :- one side is fixed and other one is free to move.

2. Simply Supported Beam :- Both sides are fixed.

3. Overhanging Beam :- There may be several supports but not in the corners.

4. Continuous Beam :- A beam with various supports in the corners as well as at random .

5. Fixed Beam :- Beam which is Fixed from both sides.

6. Cantilever , Simply Supported Beam :- A beam which is cantilever from one side and simply                                                                              supported at the other side.
